First we make the dough, each day; then we blend our cheese – 80% Mozzarella for consistency 20% Cheddar for flavour; fresh good quality ingredients then go on to the dough, which we roll out to create a thin crisp base; then we cook in a stone pizza oven before being enjoyed by you.
That’s why our pizzas are enjoyed every night by the dozen. Eat them in or take them away.
